I’m Dr Jasmin Malik: a GP of over 20 years, trained in trauma-informed care, and someone who spent five years recovering from long COVID.
I still remember the fog, the racing heart, and the frustration of pushing through—only to crash harder. My body felt out of sync: pre-diabetic blood results, persistent inflammation, deep fatigue that didn’t shift, even with rest and a nourishing diet. The guidance I received often felt generic—well-meaning, but disconnected from what I was actually living. And while I’ve made progress, this is still a journey I’m walking, yet with much more insight of what my body needs.
My own healing began when I slowed down enough to listen, from within and beyond standard medical checks. I learned how to honour my body’s messages, rebuild rhythms that felt nourishing, and regain a steady sense of self.
This programme is born from that journey, and from hundreds of conversations with patients—many of whom were quietly navigating chronic fatigue, burnout, ME/CFS, autoimmune conditions, hormonal imbalance, or simply a deep, unexplained depletion that conventional care didn’t fully address.
